MARY ELLEN CARO has been appointed president and CEO of Peirce College in Philadelphia. Caro is currently vicepresident of enrollment management and learner services at Thomas Edison State University. She has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Saint Elizabeth, a master’s degree from Stanford University and a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
